SC-Chat provides a platform for random text, audio, and video chat connections between users. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, security, or content of these connections.

3. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users
Posting, streaming, or sharing illegal, harmful, or explicit content
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
Engaging in sexual or inappropriate behavior with minors
Soliciting personal information from other users
Distributing, promoting, or discussing illegal drugs, controlled substances, or illicit activities
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Attempting to circumvent any technology used to protect our service
Using the service to promote commercial products or services without authorization

4. Age Restrictions

SC-Chat is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or direct our services to individuals under 18.

5. User Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they create, transmit, or display while using SC-Chat. We do not monitor, approve, control, or endorse user content, and we cannot be held responsible for any user content that may be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SC-Chat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SC-Chat, its operators, affiliates, agents, staff, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

The use or inability to use the service
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
Any other matter relating to the service

8. User Interactions

SC-Chat is not responsible for any interactions between users. You acknowledge that SC-Chat does not screen users, verify information provided by users, or control the behavior of users. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users.

9. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms and Conditions, please report it immediately using the reporting feature provided within the service.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of SC-Chat after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SC-Chat, its operators, affiliates, agents, staff, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service, your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any third party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
